1 General Overview

2 Membership & Registration

• Never share your password with anyone.
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.

4 Deposits & Payments

The following conditions apply when making a deposit on topx bet:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500
• Maximum Single Deposit: BDT 5,00,000
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Deposits from payment accounts held in someone else's name are not accepted.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Topx bet reserves the right to verify any deposit. Additional documentation may be requested for suspicious transactions.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 300
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: BDT 2,00,000
• Withdrawals are typically 3 to 30 minutes to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal requests may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will not be approved until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

All bonuses and promotions on topx bet are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus has specific Wagering Requirement (typically 15x to 30x) must be met.
• Once a bonus is claimed, the wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time frame. The bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; they will be converted to real balance only after all conditions have been fulfilled.
• Topx bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided from the account.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules always apply when placing bets on topx bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error or unusual circumstance affects the outcome of an event, topx bet reserves the right to void the bet.
• If a connection failure or delay during live betting results in incorrect odds being displayed, topx bet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If an event is cancelled due to match fixing or any other reason, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the event and market.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on topx bet:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Strategic betting aimed at exploiting bonuses (bonus hunting).
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any other software.
• Attempting to hack or fraudulently access another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Any comments or actions that damage the reputation of topx bet.

9 Responsible Gaming

Topx bet believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We are committed to the mental and financial well-being of our members.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You may temporarily or permanently close your account at any time for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Option to take a gaming break for a set period of time.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded, subject to withdrawal conditions being met.

11 Limitation of Liability

Topx bet accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss resulting from internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Failure by a third-party payment provider.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from the member's own negligence or oversight.

12 Changes & Updates to Terms and Conditions
